He holds a range of experiences in executive and artistic management, fundraising, marketing, policy, adjudication, grantmaking, and international performance and has been serving in national, regional, and local arts leadership for over 30 years.

Emily Anderson (she/her) is the Chief Administrative Officer at Arts Midwest. She leads the operations team, overseeing human resources, IT, and facilities, and has worked at Arts Midwest since 2012.

Anna Bagiackas (she/her) is the Board & Leadership Liaison at Arts Midwest. She specializes in event planning and management and has been supporting the President & CEO and Vice President in this role since 2022.

Chelsea Brown (she/her) is the Operations Manager at Arts Midwest. She specializes in organizational learning and growth by managing data and projects, training staff, and documenting the creative ways we work.

Frenz Cabagnot (he/him) is an IT Manager at Arts Midwest. He has worked as an IT professional for 11 years in the education, broadcasting, and manufacturing industries before working at Arts Midwest

Holly Doll (she/her) is a Program Manager at Arts Midwest. She specializes in relationship building and community connection, and has been working in arts and cultural nonprofits for 12 years.

Joshua Feist (he/him) is the Grants Officer at Arts Midwest. He specializes in grantmaking operations, federal compliance, and databases, and has been working in arts administration for over 15 years.

Amy Felegy (she/her) specializes in finding and sharing stories on boundless creativity, and has been a professional journalist for eight years.

Alana Horton (she/her) is the Director of Content and Communications at Arts Midwest. She specializes in organizational storytelling, communications, and marketing, and has been working in the nonprofit arts field for 10 years.

Yumi Inomata (she/her) is Arts Midwest’s Finance Manager. She handles accounts receivable and payable across the organization, parts of the payroll process, helping with grant disbursements and training staff on the timesheet application.

Carlianne Jorve (she/her) is a Grants Manager at Arts Midwest. She specializes in grants and administrative support. She has been working at Arts Midwest since 2020 and working in administrative support since 2016.

John Kaiser (he/him) is a Grants Manager at Arts Midwest. He specializes in Grantmaking and has been in the Arts Administration field for over 10 years.
